These terms apply to every purchase and download made from this store. Placing an order means you accept them.
Licenses, not ownership
Beats are licensed, never sold outright, unless an exclusive agreement says otherwise. The license tier you pick at checkout defines the files you receive and the limits that apply — streams, videos, performances.
Payments & delivery
Orders are processed and delivered through Soundee. Files arrive as an instant download after payment, together with your license agreement as a PDF. Keep that agreement — it is your proof of rights.
Refunds
Digital products are delivered instantly, so all sales are final. Broken or missing files are always made right — send a message and it gets sorted.
Free demos
Tagged demo downloads are for private, non-commercial testing only. Releasing a song commercially always requires a license.
Fair use of the catalogue
Licensed beats may not be resold, re-licensed or redistributed as beats — a license covers the song you create on them. Producer credit is required where your license says so.
Exclusive rights
Exclusive deals are agreed per beat and confirmed in a written agreement signed by both sides. Once a beat sells exclusively it comes off the store; licenses sold before that date remain valid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
